Customer Training and Training Documentation

“I’m Sales and I have targets…                                                                                                     I don’t have time to train these people.”

It makes sense that the sales department are probably best placed to train the customers. However, they not only can’t spare the time, they really shouldn’t. That’s because a day in the classroom is a cost and a loss in Sales.

“I should know how it works, I designed it……                                                                            But none of them listened during my training!.........”

Building the right teams.

Most people don’t care if it uses paramagnetic Meissner effects in a ceramic high-Tc superconductor. They really just need to know how to connect it, what it can do, how to use it, where it stops working and where to start reading if they lose their paddle.

It requires a necessary impartiality and disengagement, particularly with an advanced or complex design, in describing the relevant points of how something works to someone who wants to use it, and in a way that makes sense. This may become very apparent if a designer is passionate about specific aspects of the product, or would rather communicate to an audience via e-mail from the next room.

This is where good training and product presentation comes in. After a short evaluation period of the product and discussions with the sales staff and engineers/technicians, we can provide your company’s entire technical/user customer training, and also provide ‘train the trainer’ courses for reseller channels and larger customers. Where possible FAQs are included.

The training courses we provide include all training documentation necessary to ensure your customers understand the product properly, use it well and only contact you through a Sales channel when they want to buy more.

White labelled or branded training can be arranged; at your customers’ site, at your company’s facilities, or arranged at a suitable conferencing site. Training and training documentation is layered and gauged for the most effective delivery to the target audience
